Anybody in the Edmond/OKC area have a metal detector I can borrow for a couple of hours this weekend? My father-in-law was working in the yard at his old house here in Edmond yesterday cutting up brush, and somehow managed to lose the brand new knife the wife and I bought him for Christmas. He had to drive back to Kentucky (he lives there now) today and was severely bummed out by this. Said it ruined his whole trip down here and feels really really bad about it. So, if someone has a metal detector that I can borrow to hopefully locate it, I would greatly appreciate it. I know I could buy a new knife for him but that's not the point, he wants that one back. He's very sentimental about gifts.
