yea better to put a tax on ball point pen. one pen has caused more violence then any single gun.
The MAIN problem is they start by asking for the world and then agree to compromise with giving up nothing and getting only part of what they started asking for, until next time. Congress, or DEMS more specifically, do not understand or accept Websters definition of compromise and the progressive Repubs just go along with them.
They could put a violence tax on inner city mothers wombs if they want to look at where crime often comes from instead of fooling with our guns, which help protect us from said products of the womb.
