Tulsa Raceway Park is doing Test and Tune tonight...I'm trying to decide if I should see what this thing will do. I've yet to give it all she has...and its gonna be hot tonight so not great to see what times it will run but I still kind of want to.
Oh man ... If you decide to go out let us know how you did. Last time I was at Thunder Valley it was hot and humid. Times sucked. But I have a friend with cancer who took his Challenger for a couple of passes just so he could say he did. He was grinning like the Cheshire Cat when he came back up to the stands. Made me want to give it a try and all I have is a V6.

Ok, I'll do it. All I know for sure is I have 6-month appointment in November and they will take x-rays then. From what I've read docs don't like to say you are "healed" until 8-12 months out -- especially for people like me (apparently my age, steroid use, and the fact I've been through menopause put me at "high risk for failure") -- which I've also read sounds a lot worse than it really is statistically. Still, I'm doing EVERYTHING he tells me. Last thing I want is to have to have that thing redone. Apparently "do overs" really are problematic and can be quite serious. I'm done with "serious" ... I'm gonna be one of those old people that goes skidding sideways into her grave, screaming "Whoo-hooo!!" at the top of her lungs ...

Finally got the new shoes on.
They are factory forged Challenger SRT8 wheels, the rears have been widened from 9" to 10.5" wide.
275/40/20 fronts and 315/35/20 rears.
