I love the Springs! It has got tobe my most favorite place to be in summer.
Not enough altitude for me. We like around 8000' or a little higher in the summer.

Yes it is! My amigo is the chief L.E. Ranger there, so I get over to Sand Dunes a lot
Yes, although Blanca Peak is just south of the Dunes. I'm not sure, but Zapata Falls may be closer to Blanca than the Dunes are.
Ojo Caliente is my dream land. We go every year whether we stay there or not it is worth the money to just soak all day long.
There is a little restaurant not far from Ojo that we have met movie stars standing on the front porch waiting for food along with us common folks. I have stopped sharing the name of the town because I get tired of having to wait when we do make it out there.

What wonderful photos of that area. Sorry to hear about Taos as my Dad really loved going through there some years ago. I was not fortunate enough to go on that trip.
Nice photos. I have a hard time traveling anymore so I live vicariously through all of you alls pics. NM was a favorite of when I did.
