Good ol' Salem. I used to be acquaintances with people who lived there and have family that live in Gresham.

I'm also from the pac NW; Spokane, WA. I came here 12 years ago and won't go back. Oklahoma is where it's at. Welcome aboard, hope you aren't as liberal as my hippy sister in Gresham

Welcome to OSA. I've been to the PNW area. My grandparents lived in Port Orchard, WA. We took a trip to see them when I was a kid. We took the "scenic route" home, thru Oregon, Cali, Nevada and NM. Beautiful country way out west.

Moved here 6 years ago from Portland, grew up in Hood River, OR. Welcome to OK, give yourself some time to get used to it :-) The people are great here, but man do I miss the mountains and the forests...
