I would highly recommend the A-Square manual "Any Shot You Want". It was some of the best reading I've seen on handloading rifle ammo.

Plus they give recommendations for the 105x608mm!!!!! Those are some eye-popping loads.

BTW if you want their recommended loads for the .270 just shoot me a pm.

Hodgen carries load data online. Aside from that I look at bullet type when I don't have a manual. Pretty much all 165gr spitzer bt's will be close to the same size etc. . . but definately start at the smallest listed load
