Suggesting that creating new laws will some how stop someone from breaking an even more serious law is idiotic. If a person has a shred of rational thought they would be able to see this clearly and immediately. We all know the media and politicians just want more control over the subjects, but there is a large portion of the subjects that really believe more laws will stop criminals from breaking laws.
