News story: North Korea sends excrement balloons over south

Apparently the North says the South has been sending balloons with anti-North Korea propaganda and this was their response.

I lived in Korea for a year while in the Army. The amount of saber rattling going on is amazing. The entire ROK military is on full alert 24/7/365. Fanatical in their training.
They had a stellar performance in Vietnam. Showed no mercy.
North Korea doesn't stand a chance if they ever send up the balloon which won't be filled with excrement, and they know it.
