I still think "calling" election results before the polls close should be deemed illegal as election tampering. Everyone got super-pissed because Cruz's team claimed Carson was "going home" from Iowa, because CNN said it first.

I think the web programmers were probably testing the ODBC link to a spreadsheet for testing purposes and didn't realize the page was live.

Calm down and breathe deeply - every election cycle this happens at least once - a test page or a best guess page gets released early. It means nothing except that maybe, maybe Fox (in this case) believes that it may come out this way - more likely it was some techies testing out what the graphic would look like using dummy figures.
