I’m not happy with the performance of my 6.5 creedmoor. It’s awesome at long range, but I don’t get any expansion. I hate using an AR for hunting. Just feels weird.
I’ve got this custom G45 with milled (Patriot milling out of Stillwater) slide Holosun 508V2 and a TLR-7a, Dawson suppressor sights, and ZEV carry magwell. It’s a backup to my main edc glock, but it just sits.
I can strip it down for a cheap rifle or trade it with holsters and such plus maybe a little cash for a nice rifle.
Looking for old school. Maybe a lever action .30-30 or a nice wood Remington 700. No bolt actions with iron sights. I don’t know why I hate those so much but they’re just plain ugly to me.
My main feeder is about a 110 yard shot so I can use pretty much any caliber. .300 blackout would be cool. Preferably, this would be a decent rifle for my kids first gun. He’ll be hunting with me for the first time this year and is super pumped.
Total cash value would be $800 for the full Glock.
I don’t want a Savage Axis or patriot. I’ve had both and they were horribly inaccurate.
