I concur

1. Proof of parental citizenship or LEGAL IMMIGRATION.
2. Proof of immunization
3. Proof of English language proficiency
Some years back I remember the news stating something that I was dismayed, with, it said that 25% of all children in Oklahoma schools are of Mexican descent. This isn’t Texas. And South Oklahoma City around 240 is called Little Mexico for a reason. We have a large amount of illegals living here benefiting off the property tax of Oklahoman’s. The schools are always crying about how they need more money.

If we got rid of a fraction of that 25% that’s more money that could be being spent on our Citizen prodigy instead of foreign illegal alien.

Yes. That's one form of address verification a school might accept.
In most Low-Income Schools' Verification is a joke! (The following should be followed)
1) Property Tax or Signed Lease in Parents' Name
2) OG&E in parents' name
3) ONG In parents' name
4) Water & Garbage in parents' name
The problem is the above four has four different names on them. But OKC public schools will enroll them.

While I agree and wholeheartedly wish we could use alienage to not provide public education to illegal aliens … not sure it is Constitutional.

ILLEGAL INVADER means Rights of Constitution do NOT apply.
Guarantees of the Constitution do not apply to illegal invasion. Illegal invasion is an act of aggression, not a step to citizenship and becoming American.
These illegal invaders have no desire of becoming citizens, only taking what they can.

Wrong. Anyone in the country has some constitutional rights, illegal or not, just like any other criminal. Scotus & Justice Scalia have ruled on it in Reno v Flores. Scalia wrote “it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law in deportation proceedings.”
For example everyone has the right to remain silent, free speech, 4th amendment for home searches, right to an attorney, etc.
There is a thread on this earlier, as the topic comes up many times.

Fed "pays" nothing for incompetence, stupidity or legitimate actions.
I think our last administration and his staff proved otherwise.

You should see the old Capital Hill area where I grew up. It’s not just south of 240.

And a huge increase Shields to Portland I-40 to I-240.

My only experience with this was back when our girls were attending Deer Creek schools in Edmond. Their process was pretty strict and required everyone to provide it annually regardless of how long students had been attending.

The impact of a student with poor language, math or science skills holds other children back. I think this is a good idea without a doubt. It will not solve all of Oklahoma's school issues, but it helps.
Along with students who are supposed to be in special education classes but end up back in the regular classroom without an assistant to help them throughout the day. There just isn't enough classroom space to go around in some schools.
