Not sure about the new OU radio broadcaster.

Unlike some, I liked Big Bob Barry.
He was a play by play announcer. In his last year or so, it was evident he needed to retire, but the new guy........I'm not sure I care for.

I'm listining to the game on the radio right now, and comments like "he punched the elevator button, and went three stories high" after a tackle, is not what I want to hear a broadcaster say. That sounds like high school crap.
Come-on!

OU and OSU need radio PBP announcers that can't elevate their voice pitch into the spectrum of a junior high chick.

Brooks was not only a great PBP for OU Football and Basketball but also a great at calling hockey as well. JIMINY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
