Oh sorry bout that.. It's a custom 250 Savage built on a Rem. 600 action with a 27" Lilja blr. 1x12 twist. loads are 38gr of 748 and a fed. 210 primer all pushing a 75grhp BB.. The rifle was built by Mike Bryant in Wheeler Tx.
We were getting shots anywhere from 75 to 500+ yds.

Thanks Guys.. We have NO lakes so we shoot...I would trade places with some of you if I could. But then I would be driving 5 hrs to shoot instead of fishing...

My dad and I absolutely love shooting the dogs. We have a standing joke when we shoot em. We go Elk hunting and figure you have had a heck of a hunting day if you see some animals, If you get a good shot, well that is just fabulous.

Anyway the standing joke is "Did you get a shot?" anytime we get together while out shooting the dogs.

We figure when we get too old to get around in the mountains we will still be able to shoot the little critters. (He's 81 and still hunting about everything)
