It appears he not only violated the US Air Force policy, but he violated his own companies policies against drug/alcohol use.
He also had two top executives resign right after his weed smoking event along with a drop in stock prices of 30% after tweets about taking the company private and then said it was a joke. The securities and exchange commission is not taking it as a joke, but as an attempt to manipulate stock prices. Good job Musk.
I think you're exactly right. They can't learn to delegate and have competent managers.I think he's been under too much pressure for too long. He's starting to crack under the strain. I've seen it time and time again with wildly innovative entrepreneurs. They're incredible at creating stuff, but don't do as well under the burdens of managing their creations day after day for years.
