Should he lose .gov contracts, grants and subsidies too?

It appears he not only violated the US Air Force policy, but he violated his own companies policies against drug/alcohol use.
He also had two top executives resign right after his weed smoking event along with a drop in stock prices of 30% after tweets about taking the company private and then said it was a joke. The securities and exchange commission is not taking it as a joke, but as an attempt to manipulate stock prices. Good job Musk.

I think he's been under too much pressure for too long. He's starting to crack under the strain. I've seen it time and time again with wildly innovative entrepreneurs. They're incredible at creating stuff, but don't do as well under the burdens of managing their creations day after day for years.
I think you're exactly right. They can't learn to delegate and have competent managers.

FULL TITLE: Now Elon Musk faces US Air Force investigation into his wild weed-smoking podcast because the drug-taking breaches SpaceX security clearance rules

The US Air Force is looking into Elon Musk after he smoked marijuana during a wild, rambling two-and-a-half-hour podcast streamed live onto YouTube, it emerged on Friday.

Marijuana use is prohibited for people with government security clearance, which Musk gained in 2015 when his company SpaceX started launching satellites for the Pentagon.

The US Air Force told DailyMail.com a formal investigation is not underway at this time, but would not rule out that members of the department were looking into the incident. An Air Force source confirmed to CNBC that staff were examining the podcast.

Tesla shares plunged this morning after the Tesla founder smoked and drank whiskey while discussing everything from drugs to the possibility we're all living in a simulation.

Musk should be taken into custody by the FBI and hair follicles harvested for testing. If illicit drugs are detected, he should be arrested for making false statements on an Application for a Federal Security Clearance.

Haha sounds like some serious hating going on. He’ll be flying around in a rocket consuming whatever he wants and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Did anyone watch the full interview? You guys are going down the path of liberal outrage.
