Once I looked at the back of it, it's made by Tatonka Cartridge.

How are the cartridges kept in the display? I have a ton of cartridges and one of these days I'm going to make case to display them.

There are indentions in the back board but nothing obvious holding them in. I'm guessing maybe they're glued?
