I wonder about giving the whole project to Biden: sort of like giving him a shiny turd that they know is going to get real stinky and they want the stink to be on him.

Obama's running out of scapegoats. Biden will screw this up and (Hopefully) see the underside of the bus.

I think that is an accurate assessment. However, if they get too close to mid terms, the pro control voters will likely be OUT in the Red States. Bid'oh is a perfect victim. Lots of photo ops with the Parteikanzlei, a couple weeks of steady coverage, new TV season starts mid-January, the 'bots go back to their "reality" shows, and life goes on.
