Catch one in a trap, they will dig a moat around it. One of our members shared a pic of one he trapped. They will get aggressive toward humans if provoked.

Edit, they will also dig into the back of a farm pond dam and cause a breach, losing the pond.

I will try to trap them down here at the farm. Their burrows are not friendly to cow and horse legs at all. I have only trapped a few over the years, generally a skunk fills the trap first, and that is loads of fun. Do the same with "yote" holes and the occasional prairie poodle. No need to kill 'em, but they can't live here.
