I know that there's a lot of Leo on here but that cop was being a douche. It's obvious both guys are worked up but there's no reason to tell a driver "I ain't giving you sh$&" when you are a police officer involved in an accident. The phone most likely came out and started recording because the situation was escalating, so there's no way to know what happened prior. All I can make out is one guy asking another guy (albeit in a poor manner) for his insurance. . If that had been an average citizen that just brandished his weapon like that, the outcome would be immensely different. And I just totaled my vehicle on Saturday with my wife and two small kids in the vehicle. Wife and I were both carrying, it was the other persons fault, tensions were high, and yet the thought of drawing down on them never crossed my mind. That guy should not be on the force.

That 'Complainer' sure has a mouth on him ...... Has a 'History' too ......

I think the Cop maintained very well though 'he might' have popped his badge first?

Listen to that 'Complainer' in the background as well - especially when he is 'struttin' in front of his lady. JMO

It's wrong for the "complainer" to ask for insurance verification after he was wrecked into. I'd definitely pull a gun on the "complainer" if I was a cop.
