Not a bad time to get some real estate actually
I don't care, but it does bring a crap ton of money to OKC businesses. Every game does.Who gives a damn that a basket ball game is cancealed
OKC was here before the Thunder, OKC will be here and ok if there was no Thunder. And the economic repercussions of not just that game, but the aftermath as well...I give a damn, as do many others. This is going to hit hard.
Me too but I'm changing my mind as well.I am one who sort of scoffed at the media's apparent over reaction to the corona virus at first, but real, concrete things are happening now at a geometric pace that are turning us upside down. Schools closing, events cancelled, so many working from home on a huge scale. Our lives will all be negatively affected by how this plays out.
Stupidest thing posted yet but its early.OKC was here before the Thunder, OKC will be here and ok if there was no Thunder.
It may be stupid, but its true. And you can't handle the truth! LOLStupidest thing posted yet but its early.

Good deal but financing a rental is leveraging yourself a lot.Great time to refinance. Rental properties never get the great, low interest rates that personal residences get but I just refinanced my rent house from 6.5% down to 3.25%. My personal home got refinanced from 4.9% 30 yr down to a 2.65% 15 year loan.
