Got mine through henschman here on the forum.
Had to have them fix this "draft" issue. They sent me a new copy today, same old date of 11/04, with no "draft" watermark. I waited a couple of weeks to contact them, took about a week after doing so. Still have nothing that shows up under my eForms online profile, however. Oh well. I have the real deal in my email now.
