Hell, I may as well get this out of the way, now, as it is generally going to be a permutation of these including the above shot for today.

Unless I'm just feeling really weirder than usual...which would be pretty weird.

That last one was carried under an untucked shirt to visit local SWAT pals and produced, where one remarked, "If you had asked me if anyone could carry such a thing concealed, I would have said it was impossible and I'd have been wrong."

I’m down

Doxa, Fancy Spyderco (gift from my work) , keys, generic “tactical” pen - ever present headache powder, reading glasses

- and todays carry piece is an Airweight just in the pocket (yes I concede that I need one of those neoprene pocket holsters at minimum)

The Airweights are light enough the muzzle not near so bad on pocket liners, holster mainly only needed to cut down on dust bunnies if desired, keep oriented if needed, and protect gun against other junk if needed. Used to carry one all the time as back-up to the 1911, but it got to where aging eyes wouldn't let me shoot one with any accuracy. Ended up getting a blockier sighted G43, its fully loaded weight is the same as an empty steel snubbie, but the whole thing so blocky fat end to end as for comfort and concealment that the only pocket carry it sees is a parka in really cold weather and ended up otherwise living in car 24/7, and blockier IWB than a 1911. Hard to beat a snubbie to this day for an effective pocket pistol, or a Spyderco for reliable one-hander.
