sometimes i switch the sig for a Dagger 19.
Until the ACLU stepped in, one of the PDs most effective interrogation techniques was to threaten to wrap a suspect in Northfield, Morrell and Armor wrappers and throw them in a locked room with GED.
How do you guys get all that stuff in a pocket?
Except for dragging out stuff just to carry it for fun, and it actually be "used" in at least leaving the house from time to time, as said at the beginning of this topic, I'm pretty much going to be carrying a full sized handgun and not much else. I carry mex habitually and a 1911 is still one of the flattest handguns ever made, and mex doesn't have all the weight outside the belt levering out and down.Pocket and belt carry.
You guys’ with the full size 1911’s inspired me today - but likely won’t EDC the big 10 ever again —- I’m putting my flame suit on for admitting this, but after carrying Glocks for years, this ‘ol boy is just too heavy for me. I’ll save it for bear defense when I’m bow hunting— and makes a darn nice bbq gun

And I realize many folk cannot carry as I do, such as most folk with any thicker middles than me, which is the majority of the population handily beating 32", with anything carried mex really digging in. But for me, a 1911 tucks right in, so much that even outside a tucked shirt, shirt blousing nearly completely hides it....while with the thick-slided Glocks, trying to carry that way just kills me, as if cinching a belt tight on a building block in my britches.
That snip reminds me of a sergeant I knew whose troops were being harrassed by another sergeant when they passed through that company's area, and him just then headed out to provide that NCO with a compassionate wall to wall counseling session.
