the federal government uses duty rounds for practice, they do not shoot the fmj's like we do at paper targets, they only shoot the same ammo they carry. I often work with the USDA, Postal Inspectors, DHHS, SSA, HUD, and DHS law enforcement. They all have LEO's. no need for the tin foil hats just yet fellas...
