Face it you were wrong, Oklahoma Statute clearly states you can't touch a cop in these instances. The old man did that , someone else who clearly has some experience here commented as such the officer reacted withing the "confines of the law"You’re still talking out of both sides of your mouth. The cop did nothing wrong, but will be fired for what he did.
Why not let a grand jury decide if prosecuting the cop is the right thing to do?
As far as the DA being woke: based on her prior actions, she apparently has no problem dismissing charges against cops because she’s done it multiple times already.
It doesn't mean that the officer didn't exercise poor judgement in how much force to use but it also means he shouldn't be prosecuted . I am ok with him being fired but not prosecuted , the AG made the right judgement call.
The DA is a democrat and an activist plain and simple.
