One tries to do the right thing for the environment and to try to safe money buy using the sun and wind for their power needs. Then the govt realizes they aren't making enough money because fewer are having to buy it and more and more are "selling" their own power back to the utility. Not enough not enough "revenue" to the utility so they impose a tax. Typical!!!
Same bull chit is happening with the hybrid/electric cars today. Less fuel tax collected so now they want to increase fuel taxes and now start a mileage tax. Again, fockin', typical!!!
