👆I’m in the same boat. The last big game animals I shot open sighted were deer 20+years ago with a TC hawken/cherokee. A few squirrels, raccoons and coyotes since then, but no pics.
A whole bunch of my pics (and those of my family) were taken before I got this here fancy phone.

thats awesome. i love looking thru old photos. especially old hunting/fishing photos. my family has always been pretty good about taking pics, so i have a lot of non-digital photos as well. weve wallpapered one of the rooms in our hunting cabin with them. i bet i can find a couple of open sight harvest pics when im up there this weekend.

If you look close at that pic of my son, it's actually a pic of a pic. I need to go through my "hunting and fishing" photo album.

Not long after I got together with my wife she asked if all my family's pictures looked like "this" - (made gesture representing a person holding up a fish lol)

Pic one - muzzleloader I've had since 1989 - was a T/C Renegade - I rebuilt everything with a maple stock, Green Mountain barrel, even cast my own pewter fore end. (that gun has taken more deer than anything in my collection, probably 60 plus)

Second pic is a VZ-24 I did very slight refurb on. Critter is my youngest son quite a few years ago, dead animal is a sow.

Third pic is a Yugo-captured K98k I refurbed and sadly had to re-stock after many years of service.
Cool, thanks.
I suspected a pig but the hair looked more like a bear to me. Maybe need my eyes checked? Anyway, good shootin...

I love that cougar. Hopefully I can find some hero pics with mine
A guy advertised a TC Hawken with a bunch of supplies on a local classified site for $200, and when I went to pick it up, it was that Cougar. It’s not in the best shape, but it shoots plenty good to kill deer at the ranges I can shoot with open sights.
