Urgh ... Pinched nerve is giving me hell tonight. I'd say I'm glad I have tomorrow off but I have blueberries and blackberries that need to be canned, apples that need to be made into butter and pineapple that needs to be cleaned and put in the freeze dryer. Oh and ham slices I have no idea what to do with -- outta room in the freezer but it was clearanced to $1.00 a package because they got pushed to the back of the freezer and the best buy date was the same day it was put out. I got it still frozen so put it in the back of the fridge. It's still partially frozen but I can't eat 20 pounds of ham in a week. Any ideas would be VERY welcome ...
This pineapple corer will change the way you clean pineapples if you don't have one already. Available at wallyworld or Amazon.

Vacuum seal the ham and save for later.

Thinly sliced, ham dehydrates well. Or you can also make jerky out of it:

Hope these help 😊

Bet you could 'brine' the ham in a little bit of pineapple juice to give it great flavor and to tenderize it a bit.

Let us know how it turns out!

Here, but occasionally There.
This is one of those rare days when there is nothing that I have to do..........kinda making me antsy!! :pms2:

And here we are, fixing to go back to work doing road surveys. But today, we had a tire company out to replace all the tires on our RV. I helped a bit, but still overdid it for an old, fat dude in the heat.
