Back a few years ago, I was involved with a forum for RV'ers and photographers. The owner of the forum had some strange rules, which caused me to just up and leave the forum. I had started a thread entitled "A Picture a Day" in which I planned to post photo(s) each day. However, he closed it down after I made a posting with more than one photo in it. His excuse was that if one posted more than one photo per day, it was technically a "story" and not "A picture a day."

I don't know how well I will be able to post every day, but I'm going to try it anyway. It will just be done in this thread instead of creating a different thread

So, here is my first "picture of the day," which is of a "resident" of Alabama coming to greet me to the state.



Actually, I'm pretty sure he thought I might be there to feed him something. This was at a dock on a river in Gadsden, AL behind a hotel.

Outstanding idea. I wish you'd start a new thread and several could post to it.

Good evening folks,
Just got off work and now need to pack. The wife and I are flying out to Columbus Ohio for a convention at 6am. Uber is picking us up at 4am to head to the airport. UGH!!!! :cry11:
Will be up there until Sunday. Our flight coming home Sunday is even earlier. 5:30am What were we thinking?:anyone:
