Taken in the area near Kenton, OK in the Oklahoma Panhandle. If one is in Kenton, he is nearly into New Mexico. The rock formation seen here is referred to as "The Wedding Party," with the minister to the right, then the bride and groom, and then the large formation to the left is the "audience."

This is one image of the Oregon Dunes north of Coos Bay and North Bend. The beach erosion there and further north is astounding. In one place, although I don't seem to have a picture of it, the dune is encroaching right to the edge of Highway 101. According to what we were told when we lived and worked up there in 2016-17, the "building" of the dunes began when well meaning souls decided to plant grasses along the beaches to control the erosion. Another example of unintended consequences.
