I got up this morning to only a trickle of water out of the faucet and no pressure. My neighbor down the road just texted that he’s got the same issue. I guess the rural water system we’re on had a pump go down last night.
With flushing questionable, I figured the camping toilet was the best option for me this morning, but there’s no way in hell my wife and daughter will use it.

I hope y’alls day starts out better than mine.

Water pressure came back, and then the power went out. Just as I got the generator out, it came back on though.

Damn, 5 minutes after my youngest son found a Christmas gift of my daughter's that was lost for the last 24 hours (don't ask ), I see on FB that one of my old predator hunting buddies from McAlester passed away. 2 months shy of 52 years old...folks, go do that thing you've been putting off, whatever it may be, you never know when its your time...
