It’s not that hard to grow a nice beard.
I can’t stand to shave but wife says I look like a street whino homeless man when I grow it out……so clean shaven it is. I always say if something ever happened to her, I’d never shave again, go full fledge hillbilly-duck dynasty look.

Started growing a beard in 1977, got married shortly after that, then I got divorced in 1983 and before the last court appearance to sign the paperwork I shaved my beard off ( my soon to be ex didn’t really care for it anyway) I haven’t shaved since then and my current wife tells me if I ever shave it off that she would divorce me.
So you're one fugly SOB, or you are well versed in the stimulating qualities of a beard. For your sake I hope it's the latter.
Well what the he$$, now you have me second guessing myself, I always took it as she liked my beard but now I’m not sure… it’s been too many years since I’ve seen my face, maybe I am ugly. But I’ll tell you one thing…… I’m not shaving to find out!!
6-7 months. As old as I am now I doubt I can go 24” - 26” as I could when younger. I am going to see, as I started a month back. My last long one got burnt on a Jeep stinger front bumper, an accident with a welder.
