Offense was lacking once we hit the redzone or any tight situation. First KSU touchdown was a fumble recovery after they sacked Landry on the 2 yard line. OU's first score was a field-goal after we got the the 10 and couldn't make the endzone. Then we get to the endzone again and Bell fumbles and KSU recovered (we were on the 2). Overall a very disappointing game based on how well we marched down the field only to choke.
Turnovers and I don't mean apple turnovers.
It's like last year's deja vu! If they don't have 40 yards of field they just can't score a TD!
We really need a good ground game. I'm sorry, but if the only way your can score inside the 5 is to make your backup 6' 6" ginormous QB bulldoze it in, then you ain't got a good ground game.

Don't you guys know that Mike is the answer to our prayers? <sarcasm> I have thought all along it was a bonehead move to get rid of venables for him. Mike ran the same defense against kansas st. that his team ran against osu last year when he was at Arizona. You can't run zone defense in the Big 12 anymore. KSU had 4 different offense schemes, its terrible that we couldnt stop them. The defense also needs to stop with this shoulder bump crap, ksu got so many extra yards and even a td off of our defense not wrapping up. Our offfense is a joke because our quarterback plays so inconsistent and our run blocking isn't very good. This is the first time I have ever worried about not having a winning season under stoops. If we play this bad at home think of how its going to be when we go to dallas for texas and tcu and out to morgantown for wvu. Not to mention our next matchup is at TTU where we haven't won in a very very long time.
