out of state gun buying

im an oklahoma resident, and i travel alot for my job, i just came across an AR and a great price, im over in ARK can i buy here or does it have to be transfered to OKLA thru and an FFL?

Yes if its a dealer selling it you can buy a rifle in another state. Handguns would have to be shipped back to a FFL dealer in your state. If its a FTF deal, well then,,,,just saying...

Keep in mind that while a dealer may sell you a rifle if you're from a contiguous state, they're not required to and some will not.

I've bought some rifles and shotguns at Ozark Armory in Springdale. Great prices and great guys.

Keep in mind that while a dealer may sell you a rifle if you're from a contiguous state, they're not required to and some will not.

Most of the Arkie dealers will sell you long guns.
But you are right, nothing says they have to.
