I am always teasing mine that I married a smurf. To give you some idea, the little dog by the little tree, she saw at Walmart the other night and feel in love with. She is still telling me thank you for getting it, like it was some big deal.

Since we're having Christmas out in our matchbox, I was told that we are decorating. She is insisting that I take them down after Christmas, but won't accept any of my compromises.

Of course, my "compromises" might be a little over the top... I was think an ALS system for Santa.

I can hardly wait ... I live vicariously through others at Christmas (Halloween is MY holiday -- no cracks from the peanut section!! )

There is a neighborhood over here that decorates and sets music to a station in your car so when you drive through it is all blinking to the beat and stuff. I love it.

We were out of town this Thanksgiving so I didn't get a chance to put them up yet. We haven't bought any more lights, but I still plan on doing something different this year. Just don't know what yet.

That's just under 2,000 LEDs.

Love Christmas lights. Hate putting them up and even moreso taking them down. That's why I hired someone to do it for me this year!!
