PayPal can't block sites from you. They can, however, limit where you can and cannot use their services.

The link you provided tells it as clearly as it can be told. I am unsure, however, if your PayPal debit card will be denied at a physical store when trying to purchase anything on their naughty list.

When I was buying some things online several months ago, I ran into the issue where PayPal wouldn't allow me to use them to pay for some pistol magazines.

I can't imagine that would apply to the PayPal MasterCard.

In order for PayPal to use the MasterCard system, they are not able to restrict sales of particular items. If this happens to anyone, I'd like to see it challenged in court and brought to MasterCard's attention.

I agree and should have clarified ..... They are blocking 'Payments' to certain sites ...... Thanx

Yup. For those who don't know, it's entirely possible and does happen.

Another thing to be aware of is that if you accept a personal payment or send a personal payment using PayPal and they determine that it for a firearm or some other of their banned substances, they could and probably will shut down your account and make you jump through hoops to get your money. The key to get around this is if you do a transaction for one of those items, DO NOT make any mention of what it is for in the notes or anywhere in the transaction.

For instance, if I bought some pmags in the classifieds and used PayPal to pay for it, if I referenced OSA as a website or PMags or magazines or anything that will get caught by their search keywords, then I have put both me AND the seller at risk of losing our PayPal accounts.

Keep Calm and Stay Quiet when it comes to PayPal.

Okay my standard comment: Why are gun owners and 2A supporters continuing to do business through PayPal?

Also, it is my understanding that if you pay for an item using PP's gift feature and the seller doesn't hold their end of the bargain then you have no financial recourse through PP.

What other options do you have for fast personnel payment?
