Here you go, pics of my homemade kydex rig for my Glock 26. Used .60" kydex sheet for the body and .90" kydex for the belt clip I made. I rigged it up so I could switch from belt clip to leather loops if I want. I think it came out pretty darned good! Took me a couple hours (okay, it took me about 4 or 5) and some serious sweat...
Used plywood and foam; oven (wife wasn't home), stood on it to mold the gun, finished the detail work with gloves and a heat gun. Lots of hand detailing which wasn't too hard with the thinner (.60") kydex sheet. Lots of dremeling to get the shape and eges right. Tucks in tight; rides low on purpose. It fits my 1.5" belt fine too!
