Places to take the family fishing around Grand Lake

Well i am wanting to get the family out this weekend. We have a lakehouse on grand, but fishing off the dock gets a little old and we are looking for a change of scenery. We do not currently have a boat either.

Crappie, sand bass, catfish...all the same to me. So what are some recommendations on where to go?

Honey creek bridge area is good, at least it has been for me in the past. One can fish from the bank there. Bernice Bridge area can be good too.
If you have a lake house there, you know how difficult it can be to get shore access. The only way, I can see is along the bridge areas where ODOT has the right of way.
