Doing a reply, or even tagging him with the @ sign and his username won't generate an e-mail. The only way I know of an e-mail being sent from a "contact" on the forums is via a private message. Doing a "reply" or "tagging" will only let him see it if he logs into the forums.
I hope that one guy doesn't see this message.

Well it's what's wrong with America today he needs a good A _ _ kicking for ripping everyone off... he's had plenty of time to get the money to the family excuses or not !!!
No doubt, pretty ***ty behavior, regardless of the excuse/reason, intentional or not, if he kept the money. But, for all I know the dude is in a coma in the hospital or a nursing home on hospice.
