We used to ride ATV's at Appalachia Bay on Keystone lake years ago. Several times over the years they have dropped the lake level to work on the dam. This adds a massive amount of beach riding to the area. One of the things I noticed when the lake level was down riding on all of the area that was previously underwater, was some really large Paddlefish carcases, really large....

Wow this sucks. I guess you have to be really up to date on the rules. I just started fishing again, so I guess I better get the rules on the internet. I’ve glanced through most of them, but it wouldn’t hurt to read through the rules again.
