My wife wants a CCW and I want to get her a purse gun. She does not want a semi-auto, she only wants a point n shoot revolver. She is not new to guns, she learned how to shoot on 12 gauges and her dad's S&W 38 (we regrettably sold it when my kids were being born- broke). I was looking at a taurus 85-series, in all 3 versions (hammered, hammerless, and the little exposed thumb hammer), I also looked at an S&W snubbie. The taurus humback was $319, the S&W was 390. What do you guys think about either? I carry an NAA 22mag or my XD, I prefer semi-autos, I don't do the revolver thing much. I like the idea of a hammerless, but I don't know if she will, a hammer certainly allows for less trigger pull.
