Whoever is stupid enough to commit a home invasion in friggin NEUCES county deserves to be shot. The ol' man wont be charged, the moment BG set foot inside his home deadly force is justifiable. The way it ought to be.

Who knows, he may have been scrambling inside to grab a hostage. Glad the gentleman was able to respond successfully.

BTW, I can't help but notice that all the movies about home invasion like the one with Jody Foster, or that one several years ago with Mark Walberg are always set in CA or somewhere like that. I guess they can't set that kind of movie in TX or OK. They should try that, it would be a very different movie as Jodie Fosters character drops a GB with a load of buckshot and another with her S&W 67, G23 or 1911 as she heads for her safe-room to reload and get her AR.
