Let's test this. Someone go to an average CCW class, and after EVERYONE has 'qualified', provide each of them with an AFV to drive home for their use.

Well since they don't "qualify"... If we're speaking in generalities let's talk about the guys who get paid to carry a gun, ARE actually getting those vehicles, and who go out on qual day, shoot a minimum passing score, then high five one another like they just found the Lindbergh baby alive. I don't know about the Florida vs Oklahoma relevance issue, but I do believe that in Oklahoma a cop is 100% more likely to give you an "Enter on Yellow" ticket, than a ccw.
