Ace Hardware Part number 605-K is a 3/8-24 fine thread lock nut.
Just remove the handle and thread the nut onto the cutter.
Then just use a cordless drill with the socket adapter
and a 14mm socket.
This is assuming that you already have the drill, adapter and socket. But if you handload, I'll bet you do.
