We used to have a palomino named Promise but Jazzy sounds pretty good.
I had one similar to this as a child. My stupid older sister tripped and fell underneath as I galloped across the open plain. Of course my steady steed stomped right on her dumb face and knocked a front tooth out. (A baby tooth)
Something like 7-8 years later she kicked me in the face, and snapped one of my front teeth off at the midway point...saying it was retribution. Except, that was an adult tooth you *****! My parents never cared, so I grew up with a truly f'd up smile, low self-esteem, and a hatred for my sister.

I like the idea of letting her name it too! Surely she has some words at 20 months. Most women talk non-stop and she may already be starting that phase.
