$699 or $749? I am very torn on optics in general. They get pricey, but so do firearms. I have seen guys spend $1,000 $2000 or more on a rifle or pistol (or on mods with a decent $500 pistol) and get mediocre optics at best. I've done that with a rifle, got a $100 "on sale optic" and found out if I spent more, it was much more accurate and target acquisition far better. This offers co witness, which is sought after with most rifles. I wouldn't want to spend the money but the gears are turning and I think I may pull the trigger on one, just as soon as my pistol is recovered from the bottom of the lake.
