So the Russians can put their primers in the trays for sale to where you don’t need a flip tray. Why can’t the US?

Had a similar concern once.
I took an empty and flipped it over and whittled out all the excess crap. Works decent enough for the price, I used to get a spare every time I emptied one. Now all I have are empty ones......
