problem with pocket holster

S&W 340PD in a blackhawk size 4 front pocket carry everyday
looks like a bunch of junk in my front pocket.

blackhawk looks identical to uncle mike's. except blackhawk is built with a slicky inside surface. makes all the difference drawing out without holster coming out too.

Accoding to Looper leather who I talked to 4 days ago about the pat. they are currently the Pat. holder through a suit and funds owed them, which the pat. was awarded to them.

I am only repeating what eas told to me by one of the owners, who I do business with.

Can you ask them what the patent number is? I'd like to look it up and see what it says and who the owner is. Thanks.
