Sounds like California is not far from lining upo the "former" gun owners and killing them. There is no one that hates like a liberal and I belive they are just about ready to start killing Conservatives. Sad, so sad, it's time for those that have a bit of common sense to get the heck out of there. The LA cops just shot up two ladies in a VERY BLUE truck while trying to find a bad guy in a grey vehicle. It looked like they put 50 rounds in that truck with two unarmed women.

I hope they are able to pass this law. Nothing would serve the interests of pro second amendment folks better than to have a government skip over their effective use of incremental usurpations and go straight for the throat.

You know, I think if it were to pass we might get a case fast tracked to the scotus for a final decision on the matter. I sure hate that it has come to this point but cali is looking to set a dangerous precident.

Again the idiots in CA, do not want to protect their citizens, they only want gun control. If you look at any of the legislation, if a woman legally owns a gun, and legally buys ammunition what is to prevent a deranged son from doing what happened in Conn? NOTHING. This isn't about saving lives it's gun control.

It still doesn't make it right for an entire state or country to be kicked around or mean that they deserve to have their infringed because some people voted a certain way. Great thing about a constitutional republic is that we are supposed to be held to the constitution and the rights within no matter what the "majority" says.

If such a bill has a chance of passing, it will be in CA. With the Dems completely in the drivers seat they will be able to do just about whatever they want to.

And think about this: if a law does pass, then to overturn it, it will have to be challenged in the courts. And that costs big bucks. and who is going to pay? The NRA? If so, and the anti-gun states can force them to defend a bunch of lawsuits it would create a huge financial burden.
