Quartz Mountain/ Lugert Lake ramps?

I am going down to Mangum this weekend for the rattlesnake derby and was wondering if there were any ramps open at Lake Lugert? Any help would be appreciated.

The main ramp is open. Northshore is closed. I can't tell you about Hick's Mountain, but it's probably a little iffy. The lake is only about half full, and those cotton boys haven't even started irrigating yet.
