If my permit is expired for more than 3 years, is the expired license proof of having taken and passed the course? I have moved and cannot find my paperwork. Thanks.

I did not find an answer in a quick skim but I could have skipped the applicable section. I'd suggest a call to the licensing section at the OSBI.

After 3 years, you have to take the class over again.
